For traditional fitouts, we work along side your appointed architectural practice, design consultancy or project manager. You directly set and manage the design and the budget parameters – we then set to work to exceed your expectations by delivering uncompromising excellence.

You retain control of the project through your Contract Administrator, usually your appointed architect.
You can select different professional consultants and other specialists if you are confident in doing so.
Using the tender process to pick your builders can allow you to either choose based on the lowest price or the best quality or a combination of both that fits your needs.
