We were appointed to project manage this stunning fit-out across six floors in a multi-tenanted building in Sandyford. This work was carried out on behalf of our Client who required additional capacity for their growing Irish work force.

The project consisted of an involved M&E installation and coordination with numerous client direct vendors. Our phased Programme of Works accounted for the extensive walls, ceilings, glazed partitions and flooring packages with particular emphasis on acoustic performance and staff comfort. We also carefully planned and delivered in-depth furniture, feature lighting and joinery packages to maximise the user experience on the floors. Natural light has been embraced in this totally bespoke solution that perfectly blends softer tones with sleek, modern finishes.
