Saongroup

Saongroup is a world leader in online recruitment. The business began in Ireland in 1995 with just one site Irishjobs.ie. Now that they run websites across 16 countries in Europe, Africa and the Americas, Saongroup has over 300 staff around the world. We were appointed when Saongroup identified a requirement to move their entire Head Quarters operation to the stunning new Waterways House development.

As this project was based in a new build, the starting point for our team was a completely stripped back shell and core. Working closely with the design team our expert operations team built a detailed programme of works to plan for the full M&E works, bespoke joinery package, integrated AV and IT infrastructure etc. Heavily coordinated ceiling and flooring works were also completed.

We oversaw the delivery of a furniture package with integrated, bespoke breakout and huddle areas and extensive manifestations making each area unique. Nestled in an ever-expanding area of Dublin, the office is bright, modern and flashes of colour illuminate throughout. Collaborative work is key for Saongroup so the office space makes the most of the light-rich space with many breakout and huddle spaces.

There is no area within the entire office that doesn’t have a design-heavy element. From ceilings to multi-zoned finishes and styles, bespoke joinery to soft furnishings etc
